Hi everyone! Welcome to the second edition of CIMUN! I’m Eduarda Bretas and this year I am having the honor to be part of the secretariat and being for the second year one of the dais member of the Press! I’m looking forward to see you all in this edition that was prepared by us with so much effort and dedication, I am sure that those 3 days of debating and production will increase everyone’s knowledge about different and important things. Nice to meet you dear delegates, directors and volunteers of the II Cimun!
It is a great honor to be part of the secretariat of the first United Nations simulation of Belo Horizonte to be done totally in English, specially given the fact that English is currently the most important language in the world in professional terms. So we hope that the II Cimun will be a wonderful experience for everyone to enjoy the debates while investing in their language learning! We are preparing everything with great care and I am sure that Cimun will be very enriching and funny for all! See you there!

Hello, my name is Gustavo Fernandes, I'm majoring in Philosophy and have a keen interest in MUNs since 2015. It is with great pleasure that I occupy the Secretary General seat. I'm honoured to work beside such great people and passionate staff. Contrary to my habit I intended to keep this presentation short and simple, so... there's only one more thing I would like to add: I hope that you, delegate, will be part of our staff in the future.

Hi! I'm Gabriela Brandão and I'm currently in high school. In CIMUN's second edition, I have the honour of occupying the seat of Under Secretary for Design. I started attending UN models back in 2017 and I'm glad to be in our magnificent staff once again. Although English can be quite intimidating sometimes, I can assure you that our staff's main priority is your convenience. CIMUN is a learning environment in which I strongly believe and I hope that you'll enjoy being a part of this experience as much as I do. See you soon!

Hello dear delegades. My name is Lucas Kamino, I'm a high school student and have been in MUNs since 2015. For me it was a great pleasure that I was invited to occupy the role of Logistics USG even more with this great staff. For me, being part of this organization is a great responsability and I hope that everyone can enjoy the best we can offer.
